I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your quick and efficient response to my request for assistance with video enhancement on March 1, 2012. Service to our communities is one of our department's core values and one way we accomplish this is to determine the truth of the matter in hand in our investigations, both internal and external. The work you and your team did was instrumental in providing us the opportunity to do just that. It is further proof of the value that comes from a partnership between the police and the community that it serves.
